Terms

A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due accounts.

A Charge of $20.00 will be charged for returned check due to non sufficient funds.

Should litigation be commenced to collect on deliquent accounts the account is to pay all court costs and additional sums as the court deems reasonable as attorneys fees.

All lawsuites filed for non payment will be at customers expense and will be filed in the state of California where Golden Sea Inc is located no exception.

Return Policy

All unsatisfactory products must be held for return to our plant unless our sales department authorizes other disposition. No credit will be allowed for products disposed of without authorization from

our sales department.

All returns are subject to our approval and will incur a (15%) restocking Fee. No returns will be accepted after 45 days.

Claims

No allowance will be made for damaged or insatisfactory products unless the claim is presented to our office within two (2) days from the date of receipt.
